1, clutch coupling common fault analysis and judgment


(1) From the human factor analysis: the site installation level is low. The installation process does not use measuring tools or with the help of any tools, only by experience operation, resulting in increased uncertainty, reduce the assembly accuracy; Improper adjustment of the clearance causes the vibration of the clutch coupling to intensify, which causes the wear of each component to intensify, and the bolt is subjected to radial shear force, resulting in the bolt breaking.


(2) From the equipment factor analysis: the equipment has design defects. The spherical copper sleeve is worn and the gap between the spherical outer teeth is inappropriate, and the aligning ability is poor. Hollow shaft exhaust hole diameter is small. And only one causes slow scaling.

2. Implementation of countermeasures


(1) Because the clutch coupling cannot be checked and grease replenished during operation. Therefore, increase the number of refueling points in the clutch coupling, formulate a strict refueling cycle, and use fixed repair to refuel it once every 10 days.


(2) Adjust the gasket with the lead wire method to ensure that the gap between E and F is 0.30-0.40mm. The gap at E and F is too large. It will cause the clutch coupling vibration to increase. Temperature increases, wear increases, serious may cause the equipment failure; Too small a gap can have the same effect.


(3) Because the long-term use of spherical copper sleeve F and E wear and pitting, spalling is inevitable, then the gap between the two clutch coupling will be affected. After long-term tracking and exploration, it is obtained that the wear at E and F is 0.10mm, and the adjustment pad should be reduced by 0.060mm, so that the gap between the two places is always maintained between 0.30-0.40mm


(4) Due to the long-term expansion of the universal shaft clutch coupling, the wear of the guide copper sleeve 6 at the contact point of the hollow shaft 9 is large, so that the coaxiality of the spline shaft and the hollow shaft is greatly reduced, and the installation is difficult. Therefore, the guide copper bush6 is changed regularly every 6 months, if the change cycle can not meet the use requirements of the guide copper bush6. The cycle can be adjusted appropriately. Make the switch.


(5) In view of the easy blockage of the hollow shaft exhaust hole, we added an exhaust hole, and increased the diameter of the exhaust hole to 8mm, and the exhaust was smooth after implementation.
